Flow Safe is a product line of Dresser Utility Solutions — a Baker Hughes company — specialising in the design and manufacture of spring-operated and pilot-operated high-performance pressure relief valves. Manufactured in the USA, all Flow Safe products carry the ASME Section XIII "UV" stamp and are National Board Certified, with ISO 9001:2015 certified facilities. Flow Safe has recently achieved DNV certification for marine and offshore applications.
Flow Safe products are engineered for compatibility with a wide variety of fluids including sweet and sour natural gas, hydrogen, cryogenic gases, and two-phase streams. Their soft-seated designs offer significant advantages over metal-seated designs with respect to seat tightness, allowing end users to operate system pressures closer to set pressure — reducing chatter and saving product in overpressure events.
OCTANE Middle East represents Flow Safe across Qatar and the GCC, providing full technical support from initial PRV sizing and specification through to supply, testing, and after-sales service. Our team can assist with relief system reviews and compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
